Coaches Capacity Building Forums
Overview
Coaches play a critical role in the provision of in field technical support to QI teams. This training program will strengthen and build the QI capacity of coaches in the regions and augment the QI work aimed at improving service delivery and ultimately at improving national virologic suppression rates. Coaches will support, participate in, and provide input on site QI work. The Coaches capacity building program should instil a greater sense of ownership of the QI work by the coaches and strengthen the reporting at the parish and national (MOH) levels. To build this sustainable model, coaches will have access to training and mentorship from experienced QI experts. This will be a learning and practice model with increased access to learning resources via the QI hub.
